Carson City Executive Offices' mission is to achieve excellence in service to the community and organization by providing leadership, guiding and managing functions of city/county government, and implementing policies and procedures set by the Board of Supervisors. The Carson City Manager is the Chief Administrative Officer of the City and is responsible for implementing the policies of the Carson City Board of Supervisors. The City Manager performs professional municipal administrative work of high complexity and is the key liaison on behalf of the Board members to the staff, the citizens, and the media.
